Marketing Analytics Manager

Overview

Marketing Analytics Manager owning the marketing performance reporting strategy and optimization across the organization.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end marketing analytics strategy, including KPIs, reporting frameworks, and measurement standardization.
• Define success metrics tied to pipeline, revenue, and campaign performance.
• Monitor marketing pipeline performance and provide insights for weekly pipeline calls and leadership reviews.
• Develop ad hoc analyses for campaigns, channels, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with BI and analytics engineering to deliver dashboards and drive adoption.
• Collaborate on data governance with RevOps and data teams to ensure data quality and alignment.
• Support advanced analytics including attribution modeling and customer journey analysis.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, pipeline tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
• Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics).
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing decisions.
• Working knowledge of SQL/Python and comfort engaging with large datasets.
