Marketing Engagement Manager

Overview

Marketing Engagement Manager role focused on digital project management for marketing operations, overseeing planning, execution and delivery of digital marketing projects.

What you'll do

• Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources.
• Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.
• Create digital marketing ads and promotions, including design.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies.
• Manage tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm.
• Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
• Make decisions with some latitude, acting independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Manage large to medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation or Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 to 18 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Digital Project Management.
• Audit Reporting.
