Maximo Developer - Associate

Overview

Support the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Maximo-based business application solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency within PwC's Technology Consulting practice, learning and contributing to project tasks as an Associate.

What you'll do

• Assist in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency
• Support client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications
• Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture
• Engage in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions
• Utilize IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows
• Participate in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs
• Apply emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery
• Contribute to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices
• Leverage intellectual curiosity to explore new methodologies and tools for Maximo development
• Provide client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience
• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Integration Framework: understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management
• Engagement in Maximo software development and integration
• Skills in middleware architecture and solution architecture
• Knowledge of energy, utilities, and mining industries
• Participation in field service mobility and grid modernization projects
• Excellence in teamwork and active listening skills
