Maximo Developer - Senior Associate

Overview

Maximo Developer (Senior Associate) at PwC Acceleration Center India to help deliver technology solutions supporting field service and operations modernization, with focus on Maximo consulting, system design, configuration, and technical problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Develop and configure IBM Maximo Manage solutions to support field service and asset management workflows
• Design and implement application integrations and middleware connections across enterprise platforms
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Create and maintain Maximo extensions, customizations, and workflow enhancements for complex operational environments
• Troubleshoot system issues, review technical defects, and deliver code fixes across development cycles
• Support solution architecture decisions for work management, mobility, and service planning capabilities
• Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback, refine deliverables, and adapt solutions to changing needs
• Mentor junior team members on development tasks, technical concepts, and delivery approaches
• Review configuration, code, and documentation for consistency with project requirements and technical standards
• Apply knowledge of asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, transportation, and aerospace to shape solution design

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or Production Engineering
• Maximo development experience across client service engagements
• IBM Maximo Manage and Maximo integration skills applied to field operations
• Translating business needs into work management and asset solutions
• Navigating enterprise integration, middleware, and application integration tasks
• Mentoring Associates while managing assigned workstreams and deliverables
