Measurement and Report Analyst

Overview

The Measurement and Report Analyst supports Business Reporting and Governance by delivering reporting analytics, tracking SLA and KPI performance, supporting contractual compliance, and driving automation and analytics.

What you'll do

• Create and publish daily, weekly, or monthly reports on time with accuracy.
• Deliver ad hoc reports.
• Find trends in data to spot anomalies or provide data insights to stakeholders.
• Automate reports to reduce manual effort.
• Deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanisms for SLA, KPI, or other day-to-day operations.
• Support contractual compliance across Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management, and Survey Management.
• Assess, manage, use, improve, monitor, maintain, and protect organizational information through systems of decision rights and accountabilities for information-related processes.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Effective communication and organization skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Experience working on automation projects.
• Ability to achieve customer satisfaction through a managed service framework.
• Facilitation skills and virtual teaming experience.
• Adaptability to change.
• Effective collaboration skills and experience.
• Ability to work across a heavily matrixed organization.
