Overview

Measurement and Report Analyst in Accenture's Business Reporting and Governance vertical, deploying tracking mechanisms for SLA, KPI and operational reporting and supporting contractual governance and compliance.

What you'll do

• Deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanisms for SLA, KPI or other operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure contractual compliance across governance, reporting, incident management, change management and survey management, while driving automation and analytics.
• Create and publish daily, weekly or monthly reports on time and with accuracy.
• Deliver ad hoc reports.
• Find trends in data to spot anomalies and provide data insights to stakeholders.
• Automate reports to reduce manual effort.
• Work on automation projects.
• Facilitate and collaborate across a heavily matrixed organization and virtual teams.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.
• Ability to simplify and automate manual, intensive processes using basic VBA and MS Access.
• Expertise in creating reports.
• Effective communication and organization skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to achieve customer satisfaction through a managed service framework.
• Facilitation skills and virtual teaming experience.
• Adaptability to change.
• Effective collaboration skills and experience.
• Adept at working across a heavily matrixed organization.
