Measurement and Report Senior Analyst

Overview

Measurement and Report Senior Analyst in Accenture's Business Reporting and Governance vertical, responsible for tracking SLA, KPI and operational performance and for delivering reports, dashboards and governance around contractual metrics.

What you'll do

• Create and publish daily, weekly or monthly reports on time and with accuracy.
• Create and design new dashboards or reports as required.
• Deliver ad hoc reports.
• Find trends in data to spot anomalies and provide data insights to stakeholders.
• Automate reports to reduce manual effort.
• Connect with stakeholders and drive governance around performance metrics.
• Play as an individual contributor or manage a team dedicated to the assignment and drive performance.
• Drive contractual compliance across governance, reporting, incident management, change management and survey management, along with automation and analytics.
• Assess, manage, use, improve, monitor, maintain and protect organizational information through a system of decision rights and accountabilities.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.
• Ability to create nice and user-friendly Excel dashboards.
• Ability to create meaningful presentations through PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Basic automation abilities using VBA macros.
• Good understanding of processes such as finance and accounting, marketing operations, HR, procurement and supply chain.
• Experience in reporting of contractual metrics and operational KPIs.
• Effective communication and organization skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve customer satisfaction through a managed service framework.
• Facilitation skills and virtual teaming experience.
• Adaptability to change.
• Effective collaboration skills and experience.
• Adept at working across a heavily matrixed organization.
