Measurement and Reporting Associate

Overview

Measurement and Reporting Associate in the Business Reporting and Governance vertical, supporting SLA, KPI and contractual compliance tracking and reporting.

What you'll do

• Deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanisms for SLA, KPI or other operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Support contractual compliance across governance, reporting, incident management, change management and survey management, driving automation and analytics.
• Publish daily, weekly or monthly reports on time with accuracy.
• Support delivery of ad hoc reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate reports.
• Assess, manage, use, improve, monitor, maintain and protect organizational information through a system of decision rights and accountabilities for information-related processes.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Experience in reporting of contractual metrics and operational KPIs.
• Decent communication skills with professional presence.
• Adaptability to change.
• Adept in working across a heavily matrixed organization.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.
• Ability to create meaningful presentations through PowerPoint.
