Overview

Senior Analyst – Logistics role supporting GBS Logistics at Flex, processing purchase orders quickly and accurately while managing transportation rates and logistics reporting.

What you'll do

• Procure ad hoc rates to support solution requirements - air / ocean / express
• Manage and maintain rate validity and variable rates
• Manage and maintain the transportation analysis and decision support systems
• Produce transportation rate benchmarks
• Produce monthly site metrics and logistics savings plans reporting
• Develop rate databases
• Maintain global transportation rates with suppliers
• Manage contracts

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0 to 2 years+ of supply chain / logistics experience
• Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP / Oracle (mandatory)
• Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder service skills
