Mechanical Engineer-2 role focused on the design, development, and validation of next-generation tire products using simulation and engineering tools.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, validate, and implement innovative tire products meeting customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Apply engineering principles, data analytics, simulation, and predictive methods to optimize performance and accelerate development.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Use structured problem-solving and engineering tools (CAD, FEA, PLM) for data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and improving engineering processes.

What you'll need

• Earned a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in product development, mechanical design, manufacturing, simulation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of mechanical design and product development principles.
• Familiarity with CAD and FEA tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or Abaqus.
• Exposure to engineering analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or basic programming.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
