Member of Applied AI -Architect { Mumbai}

Overview

Design and deliver AI-driven business transformation projects as a hands-on Forward Deployment Architect on the Applied AI Engineering team.

What you'll do

• Work directly with customers (80%).
• Build, configure, and launch AI agents on the DevRev platform.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems like CRMs, APIs, and databases.
• Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with customers to translate needs into technical agent specifications.
• Lead demos and rapid proof-of-concepts, refining solutions via customer feedback.
• Define project plans and align internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Python skills, including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG/function calling, and building evals.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, observability).
• Comfort integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines.
• Ability to use A/B testing, telemetry, and metrics for improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engineers and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Go programming experience.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe).
