Merchant Helpdesk- Associate (Technical) - Noida

Overview

Merchant Helpdesk Associate (Technical) will act as a single point of contact for online & enterprise merchants, handling troubleshooting and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot daily production issues to identify root causes.
• Acknowledge and respond to merchant tickets within defined SLAs.
• Provide end-to-end resolution for issues raised by merchants.
• Track open issues and update merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor production systems on a regular basis.
• Analyze transaction failures, payment flows, and API/staging issues.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Applications & Production Support.
• Troubleshooting experience related to product configurations, server issues, or coding defects.
• Basic understanding of Java or another object-oriented language.
• Knowledge of APIs and SQL.
• Working knowledge of Linux environment.
• Understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Ability to work in a 24×7 environment.
