Overview

What you'll do

• Lead a team of engineers developing user-facing product features using an ML platform.
• Design scalable frameworks to support rapid feature development and deployment.
• Work across full-stack and API platforms to build product feature frameworks.
• Implement frameworks for product features that are reliable, performant, and secure.
• Build user-facing product features using open source libraries and internal building blocks.
• Collaborate to diagnose, fix, and prevent production issues.
• Participate in peer code and design reviews regularly.

What you'll need

• 10-12+ years of experience designing, building, shipping, and maintaining distributed systems.
• 2+ years of people management or TLM experience.
• Familiarity with building and managing high-scale user products in the ML domain.
• Understanding of REST and/or other RPC based systems.
• Experience developing on Linux using Python and/or Golang.
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or the equivalent.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
