Middle Office Associate 2

Overview

Middle Office Associate 2 provides end-to-end support for timely preparation of client financial statements, portfolio schedules, and mandatory reporting for audit/review and regulatory submission.

What you'll do

• Prepare client financial statements and perform 1st level reviews of NQs and Form N-MFP and similar activities.
• Clear comments and assist with draft support and distribution to clients and auditors.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Manage risk by ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, key controls, and client-specific procedures/checklists.
• Estimate staffing needs, assign work, oversee short-term deliverables, and coordinate workflow.
• Use automation and recommend system enhancements; resolve client issues and assist with ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Preferred 2+ years up to 4+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting/accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS (etc.) preferred.
• Preferred CA/CPA/ACCA or similar professional qualification.
• Strong technology skills, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills including time management.
