Associate DR Analyst - AI & Automation

Overview

Associate DR Analyst - AI & Automation supports and modernizes the Disaster Recovery (DR) program, including planning, readiness, recovery activities, and AI-enabled workflows.

What you'll do

• Modernize and continuously improve the Disaster Recovery program.
• Serve as the primary analyst for disaster recovery planning, readiness, and recovery activities.
• Partner with the Business Continuity team to triage and support business continuity initiatives.
• Develop and improve DR strategies, plans, testing activities, risk assessments, and program processes.
• Support DR process analysis, including recovery planning, dependency mapping, and recovery testing.
• Support replication of BIA and BCP using Agentic AI, connecting critical data and dependencies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Agentic AI principles, with willingness to learn emerging technologies for BC/DR processes.
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery principles and working knowledge of Business Continuity concepts.
• Experience supporting BC/DR plan development, process analysis, dependency mapping, and testing activities.
• Experience using automation, AI/Agentic AI to improve business processes, planning, workflow efficiency, or operational resilience.
