Associate BC Analyst - AI & Automation

Overview

Associate BC Analyst - AI & Automation supports modernization and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity (BC) program and coordinates operational resilience and technology recovery efforts with the Disaster Recovery (DR) team.

What you'll do

• Support modernization and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity program.
• Serve as the primary analyst for business continuity activities and triage recovery initiatives with DR.
• Develop and improve BC strategies, plans, testing activities, risk assessments, and program processes.
• Provide input on Global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services strategy, requirements, standards, procedures, training, templates, tools, metrics, and reporting.
• Support BC process analysis including stakeholder engagement, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plan development, quality assurance, and dependency mapping.
• Support BC/DR exercises by coordinating cross-functional participation and documenting outcomes, lessons learned, and improvement actions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Agentic AI principles and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies to BC/DR processes.
• Familiarity with Business Continuity principles and working knowledge of Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Experience with BC/DR plan development, process analysis, dependency mapping, testing activities, and risk assessments for operational resilience initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
