Overview

Business Continuity Analyst (Bus Cont) supporting operational resilience activities for Invesco in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Assist with development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation (playbooks and recovery plans).
• Support coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and support Important Business Services mapping.
• Participate in data collection and reporting for resilience programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and support document organization and version control.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity & Operational resilience.
• A degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in business continuity or operational resilience.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

• Workplace model requires working in the designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
