Operations Clearance, Settlement, & Trading Operations - Associate 2

Overview

Associate 2 provides end-to-end support for investment client reporting, including preparation and review of financial statements and required regulatory forms, within strict deadlines.

What you'll do

• Prepare and perform 1st level reviews on client financial statements, NQs, and Form N-MFP/related activities.
• Clear comments and assist with draft and distribution to clients and auditors.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to the manager.
• Perform risk management by ensuring staff follows Standard Operating Procedures, Key Controls, and client-specific checklists.
• Estimate staffing needs, assign work, oversee short-term deliverables, and coordinate workflow.
• Use automation effectively and recommend system enhancements; resolve client issues and prioritize actions in the absence of the direct manager.

What you'll need

• 2+ to 4+ years of experience in fund financial reporting/accounting or finance field (preferred).
• Fund accounting and transaction processing/management skills.
• Financial analysis skills.
• Ability to demonstrate strong technology skills, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS (preferred).

• Work shifts to allow overlap with US, APAC, and EMEA hours.
