Overview
Operate and improve Anthropic’s child safety enforcement workflows for detecting and responding to CSAM/CSEM content in its products.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day child safety content review workflows, including task routing, queue management, escalations, and SLA monitoring.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content review partners, including onboarding, training, quality assurance, and relationship management.
- Design and improve enforcement workflows to scale while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection models and automated enforcement systems for CSAM/CSEM and child safety policy violations.
- Review novel or ambiguous flagged content to make enforcement decisions and surface policy gaps.
- Maintain internal documentation, decision trees, and review guidelines for consistent enforcement at scale.
- Coordinate external reporting obligations (e.g., NCMEC) per applicable law and company policy.
What you’ll need
- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation operations, or policy enforcement with direct exposure to child safety, CSAM/CSEM, or related harm areas.
- Experience managing or coordinating content review operations, including quality assurance and workflow management.
- Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools to monitor workflow health and queue metrics.
- Experience identifying emerging risks and communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of challenges in implementing product policies at scale in content moderation.
Details
- Annual salary range is $245,000–$285,000 USD.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
