Compliance Analyst - Privacy Operations

Overview

Compliance Analyst - Privacy Operations role supporting AlphaSense’s global data privacy program within the Enterprise Compliance Risk Management (ECRM) team.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end processing of Subject Rights Requests (SRRs) from intake and identity verification through fulfillment.
• Gather data relevant to SRRs, including use, purpose, legal basis, transfer, and retention.
• Document and follow up on agreed actions related to privacy assessment and control processes.
• Streamline SRR workflows to improve documentation and operational efficiency.
• Prepare timely, structured, well-documented SRR responses.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare concise summaries and reports for Senior Management in ECRM.

What you'll need

• Exceptional attention to detail for accurately processing and documenting SRRs.
• Comfort tracking actions, owners, and deadlines to honor access requests per defined procedures.
• Advantage: entry-level experience or education in privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance.
• Advantage: familiarity with global privacy frameworks and experience with European regulated companies.
• Skilled at gathering information from business owners, data owners, and champions to execute requests accurately.
• Process-driven mindset to refine templates and workflows for scalable, repeatable privacy operations.
