Liquidity reporting Compliance

Overview

Liquidity reporting compliance role within a first-line compliance function ensuring regulatory criteria are met for quarterly liquidity regulatory reporting releases.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a BAU compliance function for regulatory reporting functionality released quarterly.
• Liaise with Finance Change and Reporting Operations on Liquidity Regulatory Reports compliance.
• Identify prior release epics to be tested and document compliance test cases based on required instructions, regulations, and policy.
• Manage test execution by a small team of dedicated testers and analyze compliance test results.
• Flag items requiring further investigation and identify non-compliance cases for stakeholders.
• Provide rapid feedback to the build team in cases of re-build required for compliance.

What you'll need

• Deep subject matter knowledge in liquidity reporting constructs (e.g., LCR, NSFR, Maturity Ladders).
• Knowledge of core regulatory requirements, including reporting instructions and regulations (e.g., CRR) and internal policies.
• Ability to document test cases covering logic, filter criteria, data attributes, frequency requirements, and static reference data.
• Ability to work at pace to maintain quarterly delivery cadence for liquidity reporting changes.
• Ability to develop and manage 2 testers for test script development, execution in test environment, and outcome validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL to run queries in the cloud test environment for test case formulation and code verification.
