Compliance & Privacy Analyst

Overview

Compliance & Privacy Analyst in the global Ethics & Compliance team, supporting corporate compliance and privacy initiatives through monitoring, assessments, and vendor due diligence.

What you'll do

• Support the global third-party due diligence programme.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and perform sanctions screening and anti-bribery/anti-corruption reviews for new vendors.
• Escalate important compliance issues to leadership and attorneys.
• Develop a more risk-based approach for handling vendor-related privacy issues.
• Implement methodology via tools and platforms including Levelpath and ServiceNow.
• Deliver training for employees and third parties and update internal guidelines and materials.
• Coordinate and track progress of compliance and privacy programmes, including policy roll-outs and Global Compliance Week.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of prior corporate experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience using software tools and platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and TrustArc.
• Familiarity with compliance programmes, software solutions, and risk-ranking methodologies.
• Experience with global privacy concepts, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience with privacy impact assessments is good to have.
• Understand and explain privacy and compliance risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
