Compliance & Operations Analyst

Overview

Compliance & Operations Analyst to manage and support an IT compliance framework and day-to-day compliance and operational activities in Pune.

What you'll do

• Execute day-to-day compliance operations for IT activities and users onboarding with risk-based screening aligned to SOX and internal policies.
• Maintain SOX governance, access controls, segregation of duties, change management tracking, and data integrity checks.
• Ensure IT General Controls, evidence, and documentation controls pass audit review.
• Support day-to-day compliance activities including user onboarding, compliance monitoring, and regulatory record maintenance.
• Assist with regulatory filings, audits, compliance reviews, internal controls, and compliance training and initiatives.
• Handle daily operations such as quality checks, reconciliations, monitoring, and resolution of operational discrepancies.
• Support compliance and operational documentation and coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, and external auditors.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance; Certified SOX Professional is preferable.
• Strong understanding of financial systems.
• Proficiency in project management, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
