Overview
Specialist I in Technology Compliance Monitoring, supporting planning, execution, and documentation of compliance monitoring reviews focused on IT General Controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
What you'll do
- Support compliance and control monitoring activities across technology environments.
- Assess IT controls for effectiveness, identify deficiencies, and support remediation.
- Perform control testing and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Identify gaps and support remediation initiatives to strengthen the control environment.
- Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate User Access Management, Change Management, and IT Operations controls.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Finance, or similar).
- 2+ years of experience in Technology Compliance, IT Risk Management, IT Audit, ITGC Testing, SOX Compliance, Information Security Compliance, or related work.
- Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and technology risk management principles.
- Experience performing control testing, compliance monitoring, IT audits, or operational risk assessments.
- Knowledge of regulatory/control frameworks including SOX ITGC, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOC 1/SOC 2.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify trends, risks, and control weaknesses.
Details
- Hybrid role with regular responsibilities virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
- Location: Pune.
