ML/AI Engineer

Overview

Build enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, including RAG and knowledge grounding.

What you'll do

• Develop AI agent capabilities involving topics, triggers, variables, routing, and fallback handling.
• Implement Generative Answers and knowledge grounding.
• Build retrieval workflows including RAG, citations, and metadata-based retrieval.
• Integrate agents with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams.
• Work with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Handle multilingual processing and support prompt/instruction design.
• Troubleshoot and debug agent behavior.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of topics, triggers, variables, routing, and fallback handling.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise AI agents.
• Comfort with Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
• Experience with citations and metadata-based retrieval.
• Experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams.
• Comfort using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and agent troubleshooting.
