Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy, and scale production ML models that impact product and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models for production use.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Experiment with and rapidly prototype open source ML models.
• Fine-tune open source models for NLP and vision tasks.
• Optimize large-scale ML model performance, including GPU optimization for transformers.
• Monitor, detect, and mitigate risks unique to LLMs and agentic systems.
• Instrument deep observability with traces/logs/metrics, drift detection, performance, safety signals, and cost tracking.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy production ML models and AI services.
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML systems and deploying models to production.
• Experience with Python and ML libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience implementing AI-driven software systems focused on NLP and NER.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
