Motion Graphic Designer

Overview

Motion Graphic Designer to create 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns and platforms. The role involves storyboard-first animation work and collaborating with the creative team.

What you'll do

• Create motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and product videos.
• Lead with 3D animation and use 2D motion as support.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Storyboard before animating to plan sequences.
• Produce platform-specific versions for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and brand leads.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video generation and animation trends.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of professional motion graphics and animation experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on, mandatory experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Ability to demonstrate strong 2D and 3D animation work via a portfolio.
• Use AI tools such as Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, and Luma AI.
• Must-have AI tools also include Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion.
• Education in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.

Nice to have

• Preferred tools/skills include Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine, and Figma.
• Relevant certifications are a bonus.
• Agency background and experience in advertising/digital marketing/creative studios/media are a strong advantage.
