Motions Design Lead

Overview

Lead motion design and animation work across marketing, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising for BJAK.

What you'll do

• Lead design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns and digital content.
• Create storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure visual consistency and technical quality across motion deliverables.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content.
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution.
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery and troubleshoot animation/FX issues.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
