Overview

The Jr. Logistics Officer supports logistics operations including transportation, warehousing and inventory tracking, helping to keep the flow of goods and materials running smoothly under close supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Support inventory tracking and warehouse documentation.
• Help monitor transportation schedules and delivery performance.
• Maintain logistics records and update systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and logistics procedures.

What you'll need

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience).
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills).
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics software and Microsoft Excel.
