MS Technical Specialist – Network Security

Overview

On-site Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) role focused on proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents for client infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents to keep services operational.
• Manage high-complexity tickets with zero missed SLA conditions.
• Conduct checks, use monitoring tools, and respond to alerts to catch issues early.
• Log incidents, analyze details, and assign/escalate support calls.
• Lead operational improvements, including optimization and automation opportunities.
• Create knowledge articles and train/mentor junior team members.
• Work with third-party vendors and keep systems/portals updated as prescribed.

What you'll need

• Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
• Effective planning skills, even in changing circumstances.
• Active listening and adaptability to changing client needs.
