Network Analyst I

Overview

Network Analyst I role focused on network troubleshooting, escalation handling, and supporting network changes in production environments.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot issues across Juniper and Meraki network devices.
• Handle tier-1 support, including escalation, root-cause analysis (RCA), and SLA management.
• Coordinate with internal clients to understand network requirements.
• Participate in change activities, including CAB meeting handling and change approvals per ITIL procedures.
• Manage ITSM and ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing.
• Support production network and change implementation activities with offshore and onshore teams.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of routing and switching and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki switches and wireless.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively.
• Familiarity with ITIL procedures for change approvals.
• JNCIA certification.
• Readiness to work 24x7 shifts.
