Overview
Network Automation Engineer for NetBrain’s NA Services Team, using NetBrain’s automation platform to help customers automate network troubleshooting and operations.
What you'll do
- Serve as a network automation expert to NetBrain’s customers.
- Design, create, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Support customers by performing automated testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
- Build automations for customer problem-resolution needs.
- Analyze deployed network technologies, playbooks, and design documents to create documentation for automation scripts and processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with automation scripts and tools to ensure accurate results.
- Improve existing automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles.
- Proficiency in common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, and Log Analysis.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, efficient solutions.
