Job description
Overview
Network Operations Analyst II on PDI Technologies' Network Operations team, supporting customer networks in the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and identify root causes.
- Respond to incidents and help keep critical customer environments secure, stable, and available.
- Support customer environments and improve network performance.
- Improve operational processes.
- Work closely with Infrastructure Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Project Managers, and Operations teams.
