Network Operations Center Analyst

Overview

Network Support Specialist role responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies.
• Test and apply corrective actions, including emergency changes, and participate in change reviews as needed.
• Plan and execute routine network changes alongside a team of experts.
• Troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages.
• Maintain excellent communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers.
• Maintain network components, monitor network performance, and maintain network security.
• Provide user support for network-related issues.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of working experience in Networking.
• Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing.
• Minimum CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with network security, WAN, and F5 Load Balancer.
• Fortinet FortiGate Firewall experience.
• Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) experience.
• Working knowledge of ITIL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience with BGP.
• Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI.
• Experience with Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, and NSX.
• Experience with Ansible automation.
