Job description

Overview

Provide L2/L3 operational support for global enterprise network environments, ensuring network availability, performance, security and reliability, with a focus on Cisco, Juniper and Palo Alto technologies.

What you'll do

  • Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud and security environments.
  • Support Cisco, Juniper and Palo Alto networking and security solutions.
  • Resolve complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis and support ITIL-based operations.
  • Execute network upgrades, migrations, patching and lifecycle management activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, cloud and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations.

What you'll need

  • 6-9 years of experience in Network Operations, NOC or Network Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs and SD-WAN.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper and Palo Alto technologies.
  • Experience with network security, firewalls, IPSec/SSL VPN, SASE and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, ITIL process, analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud networking and cloud security environments.
  • Knowledge of Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Exposure to network transformation, automation and modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working in large multinational enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven observability and network analytics platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, JNCIS/JNCIP, ITIL Foundation, AWS or Azure Certifications.
