Networking AI Engineer

Overview

Networking AI Engineer (HPE Networking, Digital Experience & Automation team) working onsite primarily from an HPE office, applying AI/ML and analytics to improve network support and operations.

What you'll do

• Apply machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and analytics to network performance data and support case trends.
• Predict issues, prioritize cases, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights to improve support efficiency and outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline support workflows and accelerate issue diagnosis.
• Use Salesforce to manage and analyze support processes.
• Use Power BI and Tableau to visualize performance metrics and communicate insights to engineering and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, networking, or a closely related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in network engineering, support operations, AI and machine learning, or a related technical field.
• Possess one or more Aruba and/or Juniper certifications.
• Deep expertise in routing, switching, security, wireless, and SD-WAN solutions including Juniper MX, PTX, QFX, and ACX platforms.
• Deep expertise in Aruba products including Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Central, Silver Peak, and other HPE Networking products.
