Nostro Risk Reporting Business Analyst

Overview

Work as a Nostro Risk Reporting Business Analyst supporting banking, financial services or capital markets initiatives.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and prepare BRDs and FRDs.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
• Support user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
• Work with Business, Operations, Technology teams, SMEs and Project Managers.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of experience.
• Strong business analysis experience within Banking / Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience in Nostro Accounts, Nostro Reconciliation and Risk Reporting.
• Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT and Go-Live Support.
• Good understanding of Payments, Banking Operations and Reconciliation Processes.
• Experience working with Static Data / Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Process automation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and SQL.
• Agile project delivery experience.
