Operations Analyst - Central Operations Hub

Overview

The Operations Analyst, Central Operations Hub delivers operational services and supports the successful execution of processes transitioned into the Hub, working closely with Senior Operations Analysts, business stakeholders, and service owners.

What you'll do

• Execute operational processes and activities in accordance with defined procedures, service standards, and business requirements.
• Take ownership of individual performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, speed of response, and customer experience.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support consistent and scalable service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, automate, or improve processes and proactively raise recommendations to Hub leadership.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, service owners, and Hub team members to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support operational reporting, data collection, service reviews, and governance activities while ensuring compliance with established controls and procedures.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a shared-services environment.
• Strong Excel/data skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Exposure to process mapping tools.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
