Operations Analyst, India

Overview

Operations Analyst for CertifyOS in India, supporting day-to-day processing and credentialing operations for provider licensing and payor enrollment applications.

What you'll do

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information for provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
• Complete provider credential, licensure, or payor enrollment applications for Certify customers.
• Validate and authenticate updates on the credentialing/licensing platform to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Interact with providers and clients via email to request additional information.
• Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed.
• Summarize research and draft clear guideline documents for customers.
• Support other ad hoc projects as needed.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Ability to conduct large volumes of research using Google.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
