Operations - Associate (Airoli)

Overview

Operations Associate on the afternoon shift at SS&C's Airoli location, handling daily trade and cash reconciliation and trade processing.

What you'll do

• Reconcile trades, positions and cash daily between Kondor/Geneva (K+) and Prime Broker / Custodian statements.
• Follow up with Prime Brokers and Fund Managers to seek clarification on outstanding breaks.
• Upload trades into K+ manually or through auto-loading of files received from Managers / PBs.
• Monitor fail trades and settlement.
• Track corporate actions (rights, bonuses, splits, amalgamations, dividends, etc.).
• Process trade confirmations with counterparties.
• Process wires.
