Operations Engineer

Overview

Support production operations as an Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer by building cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and improving system reliability and performance.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain infrastructure automation using infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and monitor applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot production issues with a focus on uptime and performance.
• Implement security practices and assist with compliance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and improve development workflows.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless architectures, GitOps, AIOps, observability automation, or SRE principles.
