Operations Engineer

Overview

Operations Engineer supporting operations and/or delivery for production systems and services for M365 collaboration workloads.

What you'll do

• Administer and manage SharePoint Online sites, including structure and permissions.
• Customize SharePoint pages using web parts, templates, and layouts.
• Support and troubleshoot OneDrive for Business and user access scenarios.
• Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint Online, Exchange Online (Messaging), and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Teams including team creation, channel management, and end-user issue support.
• Support Teams Enterprise Voice operations such as basic calling, policies, and user configuration (added advantage).

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
• Skills in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
• Skills in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
• Experience with PowerShell and PnP PowerShell for automation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online (Messaging).
• Working/strong experience with SharePoint Online permissions and site administration.
