About the role
We're looking for an Operations Manager with a technical background to join our Gurgaon team. You'll oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate technical processes, and support project execution with hands-on technical knowledge and strong organizational skills.
What you'll do
- Manage daily operational workflows and ensure smooth coordination between technical and administrative teams
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational records using MS Office tools
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation with technical input
- Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and track deliverables
What we're looking for
- 6 months to 1 year of operational or technical experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Diploma, or ITI qualification
- Hands-on proficiency with computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with technical drawings or CAD software
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies
- Background in site operations or field coordination
