Operations Manager, Product Implementation

Overview

Lead and scale the Systems Architecture team within Lyra Health's Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation group, driving operational strategy and multi-system integrations that power Lyra's provider network platform.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Systems Architecture leads and individual contributors.
• Independently own complex cross-system integrations and multi-tool data pipelines across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms.
• Translate Clinical and Operations strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders.
• Ensure seamless, sustainable data flows across provider-facing systems.
