Operations Manager, Systems Architecture

Overview

Operations Manager, Systems Architecture to lead and scale a Systems Architecture team within Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation, driving multi-system integrations for the provider network platform.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Systems Architecture leads and individual contributors.
• Own complex cross-system integrations and multi-tool data pipelines across Workday and Salesforce.
• Drive operational strategy for systems architecture work supporting the provider network platform.
• Translate Clinical and Operations strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders to resolve infrastructure challenges.
• Ensure seamless, sustainable data flows across provider-facing systems.

What you'll need

• Experience leading and scaling a Systems Architecture team.
• Experience owning cross-system integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience with Workday and Salesforce integrations/data pipelines.
• Ability to translate strategy into technical roadmaps (Clinical and Operations).
• Ability to resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks and infrastructure challenges.
