Operations Support System Engineer focused on OSS and operations automation within Megaport’s operations department.

What you'll do

• Continue managing monitoring and customer support systems.
• Implement synergies with existing tools.
• Develop automation for day-to-day work.
• Support front-line teams including CS/TSE/NOC, Network Operations Engineering, and Production Development Engineering.
• Design, implement, and maintain OSS tools.
• Analyze measurable operations work activity and identify automation opportunities.

What you'll need

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining OSS tools.
• Experience in relevant technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to project-manage dependencies across technical departments.
• Experience leading implementation of operations tools and automation strategy.
• Interest in systemic automations and managing design/implementation of identified opportunities.
