Ops Support Specialist - C05

Overview

Ops Support Specialist 5 is an entry-level operations support role focused on day-to-day support, record/document control, and account-opening coordination. The specialist also liaises between operations teams and business/client stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Provide operations support services including record/documentation maintenance.
• Support storage & retrieval of records and account maintenance activities.
• Coordinate account opening with the Operations - Core Team.
• Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues for effective customer service.
• Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, availability, and MIS indicators, and provide approvals-related communications for financial entries.
• Facilitate staff training, including answering staff questions within Disputes when needed.
• Assist with Lean/process improvement projects and resolve complex problems, escalating as required.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Dispute process.
• Ability to work proper NAM shifts/full night shifts.
• Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work occasional weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing.
• Working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality for continuity of business (CoB) testing and Trust Receipts (TR’s).
• Demonstrated analytical skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
