Analyst role in Title Production Solutions Shared Services focused on title searches, reports, and commitments.

What you'll do

• Search title plants and online county websites to prepare title reports.
• Use title platforms such as Resware, Softpro, and Qualia.
• Conduct current owner, two owner, full, and tax searches.
• Prepare title commitments and property reports, including title policy typing and easement plotting.
• Capture document information accurately into designated software/templates.
• Meet turnaround time and accuracy SLA metrics and comply with SOPs.

What you'll need

• Education requirement: any graduate, diploma, or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Entry-level experience: 0–2 years in industry or relevant experience at an Analyst level.
• Experience alternative: 2–4 years in title search, commitments, and property report/typing.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within standard accepted practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PC skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to work night shifts and meet deadlines under pressure.
