Operations Analyst - Parametric

Overview

Operations Analyst for Parametric’s Global Operations Team, responsible for timely and accurate completion of daily and ad hoc operational responsibilities across locations.

What you'll do

• Collaborate to create a follow-the-sun operating model between locations with clear hand-offs.
• Work on a set list of standard and ad hoc tasks during non-US market hours.
• Provide a local end-of-day status report.
• Research and resolve issues quickly with urgency and accuracy.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and confirm information.
• Collect observations, then turn them into actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
• Complete daily operations transactions such as reconciliation, trade posting, and processing market events.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of required experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
• Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn internal and external systems.
• Knowledge of financial services, investment products, and operations processes.
• Strong attention to detail and highly process-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Work model: hybrid, working in the office 3 days a week and remotely or in office for the remaining days.
