Sr Clin Data Team Lead

Overview

Sr Clinical Data Team Lead to lead data management for one or more clinical data management projects and coordinate with project leadership and clients.

What you'll do

• Apply relevant protocol components to daily tasks and direct others on doing so.
• Act as an interdepartmental and client liaison for DM study activities.
• Produce project-specific status reports for management, Project Lead, and/or clients.
• Monitor and analyze study metrics and escalate via the organization’s risk management process.
• Independently lead and delegate tasks to meet project timelines, quality, and budget.
• Assist with project forecasting of hours and resource requirements.
• Mentor junior staff on study-associated tasks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Relevant experience comparable to 5 years.
• Ability to follow regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and client expectations.
• Ability to use interactive computer programs.
• Good written/verbal communication with strong English grammar, plus organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with clinical and client proprietary data.

• Work location is Remote, India.
• Standard schedule is Mon-Fri.
